You can cancel your order within 12 hours from the time you placed an order with us. You will be getting an intimation once your order is shipped. All you need to do is send us an email to hi@#nappee.com with the subject titled as Cancellation "#your Order No." and the reason for your cancellation.

Refund Before Delivery

Cancelling before Despatch

Subjected to the conditions mentioned in our cancellation policy any amount credited to our account will be refunded after deducting any charges that may have been levied on us by banking channels or by any third party payment agencies. Kindly allow us a maximum of 10 working days to process the refund. 

Cancelling after Despatch but before delivery

In case you had cancelled your order after despatch all charges incurred towards shipping charges and any charges recovered by payment gateway companies towards settlement of the order value to our bank account, stationary and administrative charges will be deducted and the balance settled to the bank account from which it was received.

Refund After Delivery:

If in case you are not satisfied with our diapers full refund will be done provided the diaper pack is returned the same day it was delivered.
