Clear information, gentle care, and support from the nappee team whenever you need it.
Since the products shipped are baby diapers we follow a strict policy of not taking any returns owing to general hygiene reasons. However we might insist on return of the product on a case to case basis which is our sole discretion. Also we will be providing full replacements for any genuine issues that may be reported through proper channel to us within 1 day of the receipt of your order.
